Mark V. Zeck, CEO
Mark Zeck has over 20 years’ experience designing,
manufacturing and installing injection systems. More
than 15 of those years have been focused on odorant
injection systems.
Prior to Zeck Systems, Mark was the Executive VP and
co-owner of YZ Industries where he co-invented the Njex
Odorant Injection System, co-invented the 7000 series
odorant pump and invented the 6000 series odorant pump.
His focus for over 15 years was on the design,
manufacturing, sales and service of those systems. Prior
to YZ, Mark was a construction engineer for National
Valve and Manufacturing Company building coal burning
power generation stations. In this role he supervised
the construction of large steam turbines, turbine
support systems, power piping systems and
instrumentation.
Mark was born and raised in Snyder, Texas. He served his
apprenticeship under his grandfather (I.V.) and father
(Ted) who founded YZ and invented several products for
the oil and gas industry.
At Zeck Systems, Mark invented the Z9000 Optical
Odorization System patent number US
7,056,360 and others pending. This was an invention
motivated by his belief that there was a better way to
odorize small gas streams than using pumps. The company
slogan Simple—Accurate—Better was a corporate mandate
insisted upon by Mark’s mentors and is being continued
today by Zeck Systems. |
Shane A. McCarter, Production Supervisor
Shane McCarter has also been involved in the design
and manufacturing of injection systems and gas samplers
for the last 16 years. Prior to Zeck Systems, Shane was
a Procurement Planner for YZ Systems. For the last 4
years at YZ, he was involved in all phases of production
planning and purchasing of, component pieces and
electronics for YZ's complete product line. Prior to
that time, Shane was responsible for the programming,
operating, and quality control of all of YZ's CNC
lathes.
At Zeck Systems, Shane is responsible for all areas
involving procurement planning, purchasing and inside
sales. His background as both a machinist and
procurement planner means that no details are lost.
Shane was born and raised in Snyder, Texas. He enjoys
his young and active family. |
| Jonathan M. Zeck,
Design and Fabrication Foreman
Jonathan Zeck represents the 4th generation involved
in this line of work. Like the people mentioned above,
it is Jonathan's unique combination of skills, education
and character that make him valuable to Zeck Systems and
to our customers. He is skilled and educated as a
designer using parametric design tools as well being a
gifted welder. His welding and fabrication skills
include everything from skids (MIG) to stainless
enclosures (TIG). His design skills have been
utilized on every part we make and every drawing we own.
All manual illustrations are also his creation.
Jonathan is also a native of Snyder. He enjoys
computers and fast cars. His values are consistent with
the family, company and community. |
| Dalinda K. Roberts, Office
Manager Dalinda
Roberts comes to Zeck Systems with a Bachelor's degree
in Organizational Management and 7 years teaching
experience in computer science as Adjunct Faculty for
Western Texas College and the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice, Windham School District. Prior
to this, Dalinda worked as an assistant to Mark at YZ
Industries for two years, as well as, assistant to the
Engineering and Marketing/Sales departments. She
attributes most of her knowledge of the odorization
industry to her father, Gary Roberts.
At Zeck Systems, Dalinda is our Office Manager and IT
Manager. She also manages the document control of our software
to the Z9000, as well as, remote
assistance to the Z9000 units.
Dalinda enjoys computers, reading, sports, volunteer
church work and taking care of her two children and
grandchild. |
